This boutique hotel has a prime location in the heart of downtown. It is conveniently situated near the original Neiman Marcus store, making shopping a breeze. The rooms are tastefully decorated and well-planned, offering comfortable seating and a desk with a nice view. The friendly staff provide excellent service, with unobtrusive room neatening and efficient valet service.
The hotel lacks a coffeemaker in the room, which is a minor inconvenience for tea lovers.

The Joule in Dallas was definitely worth its 4-star rating. It provided us with a special and enjoyable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel's concierge went above and beyond to assist us. The location was convenient, with a Donut Palace nearby where we could grab coffee and treats. Our deluxe room that we had booked online was exactly what we had hoped for and truly loved.

The staff were very friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. Downtown location was excellent with local bars and restaurants within walking distance which gave a flavour of the place. Hotel staff very helpful in arranging a night out at a local restaurant night club with courtesy car provided eveb though they had a late-night club on the premises, which also turned out to be lively and funky. Our one night stop-over was memorable.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel with my partner. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering excellent service from the moment we arrived. The room we stayed in had a great view overlooking a unique landmark, which added to the overall experience. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. We also found the prices to be reasonable, considering the quality of the hotel.
While everything else was great, it would have been better if the hotel had longer operating hours for its amenities.

This hotel offers impressive city views accompanied with excellent amenities, such as a well-equipped gym and a rooftop pool that will allow you to cool down during hot summers. The staff is friendly and helpful; the rooms are comfortable and offer excellent blackout curtains for a good night's sleep.
The hotel can get a little pricey, and wait times for leisure facilities can be a bit too long.

Modern room design
The tv didn't work, we called down and it took 40 minutes for someone to come look at the tv, after that person "reconnected a loose wire" they didn't stay to determine that the program would play. 5 minutes later we called again because again it wouldn't play correctly, someone came back up (faster this time) and made it work. The people were friendly enough, just frustrating.

I was really impressed with the service of this hotel. From the friendly and professional valet staff to the informative and helpful concierge, everyone went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a modern and well-equipped gym and a beautiful rooftop pool. I also appreciated the little details, like the insider tips in the hotel magazine and the lovely toiletries in the room.
Can't fault anything about it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I was thoroughly impressed. Firstly, the staff were exceptional - friendly, accommodating, and always willing to go the extra mile. Secondly, the location of the hotel is unbeatable. It is conveniently situated in the heart of downtown, making it easy to explore the city and access all the cool attractions and galleries down the street. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with a king bed that provided a great night's sleep. Plus, the view from the room overlooking the giant eyeball was amazing, offering a 360-degree perspective of the city.
There was one minor issue during my stay, but it didn't affect my overall experience.

Room was not comfortable and had saggy spots. Tricky pricing and difficult to navigate room types.

We loved our recent stay at The Joule for our anniversary. The location was perfect, close to everything downtown. The hotel's design is absolutely stunning, so modern and cool. The spa was superb, we indulged in massages and facials that were top-notch. The library was a special treat, we enjoyed the ambiance while refueling on our day tour. Despite a few minor issues, we had a great time and would recommend this hotel overall.
