Incredible stay with a fantastic view!
I just enjoyed a lovely night here! The modern decor of the room was paired beautifully with luxurious comfort. The bathroom stood out with its impressive jacuzzi tub and spacious design. The staff truly made my stay special, especially with the warm service at check-in and delightful turn-down service. My only suggestion would be to improve the coffee options for room service, as they could use a stronger brew.

Amazing pool and service
Had an awesome time for a quick getaway! The lobby sculptures felt like art exhibits. The pool view was to die for, and the staff by the pool served up some seriously good cocktails. The food at the dinner spot was super tasty, but the in-room breakfast took a bit longer than expected.

Perfect for those seeking a sophisticated retreat
You know, the minute I walked in the door, the staff treated me like royalty. They brought my bags up in no time and recommended some local eateries that seriously hit the spot. Plus the room was stylish and clean, exactly what you want after a long day of work. That felt great. I could unwind with that luxurious shower after a tiring day and not hear a sound from any neighbors. Excellent!
Sure, it wasn't cheap, but considering everything, it was still worth it.

The beef dishes I had were absolute fire, and the culinary vibe nearby had me hopping from taco trucks to upscale bistros—all just a stroll away! Plus, the staff at Joule were super attentive, and the room setup was sleek and spacious.
My first brew was awesome, but the last two—ugh, I had to send ’em back. Still, overall vibes were lit!

An Unforgettable Celebration in Downtown!
We celebrated our anniversary here and were blown away! The complimentary champagne was a lovely touch, making our stay feel special. Room service exceeded expectations—savoring room service with delectable dishes was a highlight. For a great experience, request a room with a better view!

We got stuck in Dallas due to an ice storm and the staff went above and beyond to help us out, even getting housekeeping to wash our clothes! The spa was a fantastic way to unwind after all the chaos, and the infinity pool was a nice touch too. Just a heads up, they don’t have milkshakes on the room service menu, which was a bummer for a sweet tooth like mine. 😊

I had a fantastic time at Joule! The moment I arrived, the valet service was prompt and friendly. The hotel’s design blew me away. it beautifully blends modern aesthetics with historical elements. I stayed in a Premier King Room, which was spacious and had an incredible rainfall shower. It came with thoughtful touches like complimentary chocolates and a nice bottle of prosecco upon arrival. The rooftop pool was also a treat, providing great views and a perfect place to relax in the sun. However, I faced a hiccup during check-in. It took longer than expected due to some confusion regarding my reservation, which started my stay off on the wrong foot. Despite this, the staff were polite and eager to help once I was settled. Housekeeping maintained a high standard, always cleaning the room effectively and leaving fresh towels daily. The in-house dining options, especially brunch, were remarkable. the menu had a good variety and quality. One downside was the limited availability of room service late at night, which felt inconvenient. Overall, the service could be more attentive regarding informing guests about hotel policies and ongoing issues. I liked that the hotel feels unique and upscale, but improved communication could elevate the experience further.
